Terms of use

Using this site
By using Fob Battery Match you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information, not a guarantee
- Battery answers come from official manufacturer documents, which we cite. Manufacturers can change parts during a model year, and your key may have been replaced. Always check the code printed on the battery in your key before buying.
- Information is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
- If an official source doesn't name a battery, we say so instead of guessing.
Safety
Coin batteries are dangerous if swallowed. Follow the safety notes on each page and the instructions in your owner's manual. If you are unsure, ask a franchised dealer to replace the battery.
What we don't cover
We only cover battery identification and replacement. We don't provide key cutting, key programming, immobiliser or any vehicle-security procedures, and these terms don't permit using the site for those purposes.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). Purchases are made with the retailer, under the retailer's terms. We aren't responsible for third-party sites, products, prices or availability.
Trademarks and affiliation
Fob Battery Match is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Amazon or any vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle names, model names and other trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles and products concerned. We link to manufacturer documents rather than republishing them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions:hello@fobbatterymatch.com.
